Marengo Valve & Foundry LLC is a job shop foundry, producing gray iron, ductile iron, and low carbon steel. We are a full service foundry that specializes in both the casting and machining of Valve bodies, Rail Track Components, Agriculture, Prototype, Short run and replacement parts.

We are located approximately one hour northwest of Chicago, and about 15 minutes from the Wisconsin border.

Marengo Valve & Foundry LLC prides itself on the quality of the castings we produce and short delivery times. We also pride ourselves as being a one stop shop for casting, heat treating, painting, and machining. Timely delivery of castings or machined parts is a key element to the success of our customers and their business. For many industries in which our customers are involved, service is of the utmost importance, which means receiving casting and parts in the shortest time frame as possible to get their customers up and going immediately. We understand this and have the experience to make it happen consistently.

We are a small foundry, and because of this fact, we are able to move quickly to accommodate our customer’s needs. In addition, we are able to give personal attention to each an every casting produced.
