Marengo Valve & Foundry LLC is a job shop foundry producing Gray, Ductile, Ni-Hard, Ni-Resist, Hi Sil Moly, Low Carbon, Stainless and Manganese Steel. We are a full service foundry that specializes in both the casting and machining of Valve bodies, Pumps, Impellers, Rail Track Components, Agriculture, Prototype, Short run and replacement parts. We are located approximately one hour northwest of Chicago, and about 15 minutes from the Wisconsin border.

We pride ourselves as being a one-stop shop for casting, heat treating, painting, and machining. Timely delivery of castings or machined parts is a key element to the success of our customers and their business.
