Coring
We offer a versatile line of core making processes, which are shell, Oil sand and airset cores. These processes form our stable of our coring capabilities.
In addition to theses processes we also have valued core suppliers which enables us to offer creative solutions to any coring problem.

Molding
One Furan No-Bake Sand mixer for small and medium sized molds with a mixing rate of 600 pounds per minute.
Four Squeezer molding lines for casting weighing 60 pounds or less

Heat Treatment
In house box heat treatment furnace capable of ferritizing anneal and stress relieve.
Can provide specialized heat treatment from outside heat treat facilities.
